Research to date has been conducted in Australia, US, Taiwan and the UK in collaboration with universities and other research institutes. Research results have been presented at a number of international conferences and papers published in several notable journals.

UROLOGIC

The Effectiveness of Urologic

A series of studies in the US & Australia have shown that Urologic is effective in maintaining a healthy bladder & managing the symptoms of frequent urination & urgency.

Urologic Demonstrates High Antioxidant Properties

Urologic was tested for antioxidant activity on a number of scales and has shown high antioxidant capacity. UroLogic demonstrated high antioxidant activity on the ORAC, NORAC and HORAC scales as well as showing substantial inhibitory effects on the Reactive Oxygen Species formation in human cells.

Bladder Tone

A pilot study was undertaken to assess the effectiveness of Horsetail and Crateva in reducing the symptoms of weak bladder. The results indicated that:

The preparation was a suitable and effective treatment for both men and women. The product was effective in reducing symptoms, including frequency, nocturia, urgency and bladder discomfort.

Symptom relief occurred after 4 weeks of using the product, with the severity of symptoms reducing further, especially in the 4-8 week period of using the product.

PROSTA Tone

Prosta Tone shows success in reducing the urinary symptoms associated with BPH – Australian Pilot Trial.

The aim of this research was to investigate and report the efficacy of Prosta Tone™ in treating the symptoms of Benign Prostate Hypertrophy (BPH) in men. There were 33 men completing the study.

Results showed that there was a significant reduction in symptoms by month 3 as a result of using Prosta Tone™. The effects on the bladder (frequency of urination in the day and night) were the most positive and occurred within the first month. There were gradual improvements in symptoms of urinary flow and a small change in the strength of the urinal steam.

LegSense

Clinical Study: Efficacy of LegSense in treating the symptoms of Restless Leg.

Results after 1 month of a trial on 26 people using LegSense for the relief of the symptoms of restless legs showed that overall; there was an average of 30% reduction in symptom severity for this group.

The results indicated that 21 of the 26 participants reported a reduction in symptom severity. One participant reported a complete absence of restless leg symptoms after 1 month of using LegSense.

Bedtime buddy

Bedtime Buddy helps children sleep through the night.

A three month trial on Bedtime Buddy has shown an over 50% reduction in the average number of times the child wakes up during the night after one month of using Bedtime Buddy®. A reduction was also shown in the average number of bedwetting episodes children experienced each week.

Uri TONE TRIAL

Sixteen (16) women aged between 21 and 66, having experienced more than three Urinary Tract Infections in the previous 12 months, were recruited to the study. The participants were asked to record each Urinary tract Infection, including frequency, severity and duration. The frequency of urinary tract infections was then recorded as number occurring within 3, 6 and then 12 months of treatment.

The results from this open labeled study indicate that Uri Tone, when taken regularly, may inhibit the frequency of urinary tract infections in women. Women taking other supplements and modifying lifestyle, appeared to have the greatest success in preventing occurrences of urinary tract infections.
